A global consumer goods company is looking for a Marketing Specialist (Senior Brand Manager). The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading end-to-end brand strategy and marketing initiatives within the pet healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive end-to-end brand strategy from insight generation to execution with clear business impact
  • Translate market, customer, and clinical insights into differentiated brand positioning, growth opportunities, and targeted messaging for veterinary professionals and pet owners
  • Identify new growth opportunities and proactively challenge existing strategies within the evolving pet healthcare landscape
  • Design and execute portfolio strategies, from new product launches to distribution, aligned with the pet healthcare pathway
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with clear objectives, KPIs, and measurable outcomes
  • Develop insight-driven content and marketing materials that resonate with veterinarians and pet owners while ensuring communications are scientifically accurate and customer-centric
  • Support localisation and deployment of global digital initiatives to align with local market dynamics
  • Identify unmet customer needs and develop scalable digital engagement solutions to enhance customer experience and business results
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs to strengthen consultative selling capabilities and improve sales effectiveness
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment for marketing strategies and product development initiatives through effective cross-functional communication
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with veterinary industry regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs to manage product labelling, advertising, and promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 6-7 years of brand marketing experience (pharma or FMCG market is preferred)
  • Entrepreneurship and business sense on top of marketing expertise
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of marketing practices and principles
  • Excellent inter-personal skills both in a local and international environment
  • Effective written or verbal communication at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Fluent level written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

  • Expert marketing or pet industry experience
