[리테일/마케팅] Regional Marketing Manager
A global skincare company is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager. The chosen applicant will be driving regional marketing strategy, launch excellence, portfolio optimisation, and pricing discipline across Asia to support brand growth and commercial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and animate the Asian Marketing Community while influencing local General Managers (GMs) to align budgets and 3-Year Strategic Plans through regional seminars, BR preparation, and Regional Marketing Committees
- Synthesise market and competitive intelligence, including K-Beauty and J-Beauty trends, to anticipate market shifts and refine regional positioning
- Oversee launch deployments through a unified regional scorecard measuring J+90 Sell-out, media ROI, and numeric distribution
Drive Go-To-Market strategies for regional social commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, by optimising ROAS and conversion rates
- Analyse SKU productivity and lead catalogue rationalisation initiatives to prioritise high-performing growth drivers
- Collaborate with HQ to develop textures, formats, and claims tailored to Asian consumer needs, supported by quantifiable business cases
- Define and enforce regional price corridors to protect brand equity and minimize cross-border channel conflicts
- Partner with the RGM Director to review promotional mechanics, profitability, and assortment strategies to support sustainable margin growth
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of Senior Marketing experience in beauty or dermo cosmetics
- Strong expertise in APAC Digital Ecosystems (Social Commerce, K-Beauty/J-beauty trends)
- Ability to manage transversal missions and multi-cultural environment
- Strong communication and conviction skills for community animation
- Agility to move between strategic planning and "on-the-ground" execution
- Fluent level English
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficient in Korean or Japanese
