A global industrial manufacturer is looking for an Asia Internal Communications Leader. The selected applicant will lead internal communications across Asia by aligning business messaging, driving employee engagement, and supporting leadership communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior management to support internal communications initiatives and provide communications counsel
  • Coordinate messaging across Operations, Commercial, Recycling, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Strategy, Legal, Procurement, and IT
  • Lead employee communications, manage internal communication channels, serve as regional editor, and contribute regional news to global publications and intranet channels
  • Develop feedback-driven communication programs, support employee surveys and action plans, reinforce company vision, values, and culture, and partner with HR on engagement initiatives
  • Develop and execute the annual internal communications plan while ensuring alignment with regional requirements for timing, quality, process, and procedures
  • Leverage AI and Microsoft platforms for sentiment monitoring, content creation, distribution, measurement, project delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain the region’s internal crisis communications protocol and ensure site training and preparedness

Requirements:

  • Experience in employee engagement communications, internal campaigns, surveys, action planning, leadership messaging, and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to advise leaders, translate business priorities into employee-facing messages, and manage communications in a multicultural, multilingual environment
  • Comfortable adopting AI tools and digital platforms to improve communications planning, content creation, distribution, measurement, and effectiveness
  • Capable of supporting crisis communications protocols, site readiness, and media relations in time-sensitive situations
  • Bilingual level written and verbal English and Korean
