[제약/법무] Legal Counsel
대한민국 대표 제약사에서 법률 문서 검토를 담당할 Legal Counsel를 모집 중에 있습니다. 유관 업무 경험을 보유한 전문가분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
Responsibilities:
- 국내/외 각종 계약서와 법률문서의적법성/합리성을 검토하고 관련 부서에 의견, 조언을 제공
- 법률 자문및 협상 리딩
- 소송/중재를 비롯한 각종 분쟁/사건검토 및 관리
- 준법지원, 법적 위험관리
Requirements:
- 학사 이상의 학위 소지자
- 실무 수습(인턴 연수) 기간 도과 이후 5년 이상의 경력
- 해외변호사 자격 보유
- 글로벌 업무 역량 보유우대
- 제약 산업에 대한 이해와 전문 지식 보유우대
- 해외 변호사의 경우 JD (Juris Doctor) 학위 소지하신 분 우대
