A global scientific instruments company is looking for an Electrochemistry Specialist. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting product strategy, technical applications, and business growth for electrochemical analysis solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Korea product strategy for electrochemical analysis solutions in alignment with global business objectives
  • Manage the product lifecycle and market positioning of electrochemical instrumentation and related products
  • Provide technical expertise and application support for electrochemical techniques and research applications
  • Conduct customer demonstrations, training sessions, seminars, and technical workshops
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support business development and key customer projects
  • Build relationships with universities, research institutes, government laboratories, and R&D organisations
  • Work with global and local teams on product launches, marketing initiatives, and technical training
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and drive portfolio development

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (preferred) in Electrochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working with academic researchers, laboratories, or R&D-focused organisations
  • Strong knowledge of electrochemical principles, instrumentation, and analytical techniques
  • Ability to deliver technical presentations and engage with scientific communities
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
  • Proficient in Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with potentiostats, electrochemical measurement systems, or related research equipment
  • Commercial or business development exposure
