[제조/기술지원] Field Service Engineer

A global scientific instruments company is seeking a Field Service Engineer. The selected applicant will be responsible for providing technical service, preventative maintenance, customer support, and training for chemical analysis equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic service and preventative maintenance on chemical analysis equipment at customer sites
• Conduct on-site visits to optimise existing customer applications
• Support clients effectively through face-to-face interactions, phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
• Train customers on instrument operation and user maintenance
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships while collaborating with internal partners
• Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset and proactive attitude to deliver excellent service
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in customer files
• Manage and prioritise a busy schedule across a wide territory, including overnight travel

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry (or closely related STEM) is preferred
• 0-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and an analytical mindset to solve technical challenges and propose solutions to customers effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Possess a vehicle and driver's License
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Korean

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in repairing analytical equipment
