[의료기기/인사] HR Contractor

A foreign medical device company is looking for an HR Contractor. The selected applicant will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Drive effective recruitment, including JD preparation, sourcing, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management
• Communicate with candidates and agencies throughout the hiring process
• Manage employee onboarding, including orientation, IT setup, payroll coordination, and employee data updates with service providers
• Update quarterly annual leave balance reports
• Support regional HR projects, including philanthropic initiatives across APAC and coordination with global HR
• Support performance management processes, including mid-year reviews and goal-setting reminders
• Support training activities, including HR compliance tracking and coordination of programs
• Support other HR-related projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources management, business, or related disciplines
• More than 3 years of talent acquisition experience in an international company
• Experience in HRIS system (Oracle, SAP)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with people at all levels and functions
• Proficient in written and verbal English
