A multinational luxury brand is looking for an HR Senior Manager. The chosen applicant will provide strategic HR support across employee relations, talent management, compensation, and organisational development while ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing strategic and operational HR support to business leaders
  • Lead employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, performance management, and labour law compliance
  • Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, organisational changes, and people management best practices
  • Partner with business leaders on organisational development, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
  • Support compensation and benefits activities, including salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, incentive programmes, and job grading
  • Contribute to HR transformation projects, including Workday implementation, HR process improvements, compensation framework enhancements, and organisational design initiatives
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management programmes
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to implement global HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Korean labour legislation and internal HR policies while continuously improving HR processes and the employee experience

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of HR experience within multinational organisations
  • Strong HR Business Partnering experience with the confidence to influence and advise business leaders
  • Solid hands-on experience managing complex employee relations matters and interpreting Korean labour law
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and regional teams
  • Fluent level Korean; business level English

Preferred Requirements:

  • Exposure to compensation & benefits, salary benchmarking, or job grading
  • Experience supporting HR transformation projects, HRIS implementation (Workday is preferred), or process improvement initiatives
  • Background in luxury retail, fashion, retail, or hospitality industries is highly encouraged to apply
