[식음료/인사] HR Director

An international food services company is looking for an HR Director. The chosen applicant will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, leading the full spectrum of human resources to support business performance and organisational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to the leadership team to support business performance and organisational growth
• Lead the full spectrum of HR, including employee relations, labour compliance, talent acquisition, organisational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development
• Strengthen HR foundations by improving governance, workforce planning, manager capability, and HR processes across a multi-site frontline workforce
• Drive employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
• Partner closely with regional and global HR teams to localize and implement global HR programs and best practices
• Lead, coach, and develop the local HR team while remaining hands-on in key operational and employee relations matters
• Utilise HR data and workforce insights to support business decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness

Requirements:

• Extensive HR leadership experience within multinational organisations
• Proven experience supporting large, frontline, multi-site workforces in industries such as food service, hospitality, facilities management, retail, logistics, healthcare, or other service-driven environments
• Experience working within a global matrix organisation and partnering with regional stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Korean labour law, employee relations, and HR compliance
• Strategic yet hands-on leadership style with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive organizational change
• Fluent level Korean; business level English
