A global industrial automation firm is looking for an HR Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading and managing overall HR operations, partnering closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall HR operations for the Korea business
  • Partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance
  • Support post-acquisition integration and organisational change initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement, talent development, and organisational effectiveness programs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Manage performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning activities
  • Partner with regional and global HR teams on various HR initiatives and projects
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company policies
  • Support employee relations matters and foster a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of HR experience (7-10 years is ideal)
  • Strong HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager background
  • Proven ability to manage organisational change, transformation, or integration projects
  • Good understanding of Korean labour law and HR practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced level English

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience within multinational manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or engineering environments
  • Manufacturing site or plant HR experience
  • Experience supporting both local and global stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
