[반도체/인사] HR Generalist

A semiconductor technology company is looking for an HR Generalist. The selected applicant will be in charge of supporting HR operations covering recruitment, payroll, employee records, HR systems, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Plan recruitment based on business growth in Korea and the U.S.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including selecting recruitment channels, reviewing resumes, arranging and conducting interviews, conducting reference checks, negotiating salary packages, and supporting onboarding
• Organise and manage job fairs
• Manage outsourced payroll for Korea and the U.S.
• Prepare payroll information for the Finance team
• Manage employee information and HR records
• Maintain the HRIS and HR dashboard
• Support managers and employees with general HR matters
• Organise team-building activities and employee engagement programs
• Manage HR events, including CSR activities, town hall meetings, and One Team workshops
• Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-7 years of HR operations experience
• Experience in payroll administration
• Basic knowledge of Korean labour law
• Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in HRIS
• Experience handling payroll and labour-related risks
• Experience with HR data analysis tools or process automation
