An international medical device company is looking for a Clinical Manager, IC. The selected applicant will provide clinical training and support educational activities to ensure safe, effective, and compliant product use.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical procedural training to customers in the use of the company range of products
  • Deliver clinical training to customers on the care and maintenance of the company range of products, demonstrating safe and effective use
  • Develop and deliver educational activities ensuring compliance with company regulatory requirements
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Facilitate training requests for approved education courses, both on and off site
  • Partner with the sales team to develop clinical proficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide customers with a company touch point while remaining compliant with company HCP policy and legal education requirements
  • Manage and facilitate clinical breakout sessions as needed at meetings
  • Manage training logistics, budgeting, and training costs for Professional Education events
  • Keep current with medical literature, clinical initiatives/guidelines, and industry trends and communicate relevant information to the appropriate sales team and distributors
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support CMA objectives and meet APAC strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a clinical field
  • Registered Healthcare Professional with more than 10 years of professional training or industry experience (Pharma or Medtech)
  • Experience training HCPs in the clinical setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in education and teaching using simulation and workshop approaches
  • Experience in developing and delivering teaching presentations to a group of health care professionals
  • Advanced level MS Office
  • Intermedial level written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

  • People management experience
  • Demonstrated clinical mastery related to medical devices and interventional cardiology experience
