A global medical device company is looking for a Clinical Specialist, IO. The chosen applicant will provide clinical support, product education, and customer engagement to drive the adoption and growth of interventional oncology products.

Responsibilities:

  • Spend approximately 90% of time on field activities and 10% on office work
  • Actively promote key products by providing comprehensive clinical solutions and collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams
  • Provide ongoing clinical education and procedural guidance to maximise the features and benefits of Interventional Oncology (IO) products, while serving as the primary clinical support resource for designated accounts
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies based on product, procedure, competitor, and account insights to promote the company's products
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the assigned territory to ensure appropriate product positioning
  • Respond to customer requirements and identify potential needs regarding products and services by developing feasible solutions or collaborating with relevant stakeholders
  • Observe clinical procedures in assigned accounts to gain practical and academic insights from physicians, operators, and clinical staff
  • Continue introducing and positioning the company's core products to support sustainable sales growth

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Professional experience in Peripheral Intervention, Hepatology, Gastroenterology, General Oncology and clinical research, or as a Registered Nurse or Technician in the department of Intervention or Nuclear medicine
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
