[의료기기/임상] Clinical Specialist

An international medical device company is seeking a Clinical Specialist. The selected applicant will be responsible for providing clinical training, product support, and customer education to drive successful adoption and utilisation of products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical training and education to customers
• Support system installations, onboarding, and treatment protocol development
• Deliver clinical support during product demonstrations and trials
• Partner with Sales to drive customer adoption and utilisation
• Build relationships with physicians, clinics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Support workshops, symposiums, and clinical events
• Gather market and competitor insights and share customer feedback
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Regulatory teams

Requirements:

• Experience with energy-based devices (Laser, IPL, RF, etc.)
• Experience in clinical training, applications, or customer education
• Background in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, or plastic surgery
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Licensed Nurse, Aesthetic Practitioner, or related clinical qualification

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in the medical device or aesthetics
