[의료기기/교육] AWM Medical Educational Specialist

A global medical device company is looking for a Medical Educational Specialist. The chosen candidate will manage and deliver AWM Medical Education programs across the region, ensuring effective education delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver AWM Medical Education programs across the region and support regional teammates in program delivery
• Implement new technologies for blended learning offerings, including gaming and hybrid learning models, using the company's Learning Management System
• Develop and maintain regional networks to ensure effective communication of objectives, initiatives, and shared learnings with Medical Education, Marketing, and Commercial teams
• Identify, recruit, and develop healthcare providers and societies as thought leaders, educators, and innovators to support clinical education on AWM therapies and disease states
• Conduct annual needs assessments in partnership with Professional Affairs to identify healthcare professional consultant requirements and ensure compliant engagement
• Coordinate with the local Professional Relations Specialist on faculty master service agreements
• Manage program logistics, including registrations, course information, post-course evaluations, data analysis, and reporting while ensuring information is entered into relevant regulatory systems
• Ensure all Medical Education initiatives comply with local regulations, company policies, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 4 years of experience in medical education or a related field within the medical device, wound management, or clinical setting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in English
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Wound Care certification
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
