An international healthcare private equity firm is searching for a Chief Growth Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by leading commercial strategy, cross-functional execution, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the CEO's strategic execution partner, translating business priorities into clear KPIs, ownership, timelines, and execution plans
• Drive global commercial growth through distributor management, market expansion, product launches, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Product Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality
• Establish KPI-driven operating discipline through performance reviews, action tracking, and accountability across business functions
• Coordinate product development, regulatory readiness, manufacturing, and commercialisation to ensure successful product launches
• Support strategic initiatives, including portfolio expansion, business partnerships, and organisational growth
• Build scalable operating processes while driving execution and continuous business improvement

Requirements:

• Experience within Medical Aesthetics, Injectable products (HA Fillers, Toxins, Skin Boosters), Medical Devices, or the Bio health industry
• Experience working with global distributors, KOLs, regulatory authorities, and OEM/ODM partners
• Proven experience driving international business growth and commercial execution
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality
• Strong background in global market expansion, distributor/channel management, and product launch
• Strong understanding of business operations, including P&L, profitability, investment priorities, and operational performance
• Demonstrated experience establishing KPI-based management systems and driving organizational execution
• Hands-on leadership style with strong ownership, agility, and the ability to execute effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with CEOs, founders, senior leadership, investors, and external partners
• Business level English
