[IT/영업] Head of Channels & Alliances

A global software company is searching for a Head of Channels & Alliances. The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the partner ecosystem, driving revenue through strategic channel relationships, and executing go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team by identifying exceptional talent and coaching them for success
  • Identify and recruit new companies into the company’s Partner Network in Korea to drive incremental revenue and deliver successful outcomes for end customers
  • Accelerate existing partner business through focused pipeline generation, business and technical enablement programs, and successful execution of go-to-market activities
  • Collaborate closely with the company’s regional Enterprise and Commercial sales organisations, as well as marketing and customer success teams, to drive incremental revenue across the region
  • Serve as the regional executive sponsor for key partnerships, including top channel partners and AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure
  • Own Channels & Alliances regional metrics and reporting for company leadership

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a cloud services or SaaS organisation
  • More than 5 years of experience in leadership, including hiring and developing sales and partner personnel
  • Confident in recruiting and building successful partnerships, including with multi-national
    and global organisations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interacting with and presenting to senior leadership, externally and internally
