[금융/총무] Receptionist (Contract)
A leading private equity firm is looking for a Receptionist. The chosen applicant will be responsible for providing front desk and administrative support by managing visitor reception, communications, office coordination, and general office upkeep to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and serve drinks to visitors in a polite and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in the highest professional manner
- Maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain the office and keep all office equipment in order, and arrange necessary office supplies
- Arrange and coordinate travel and meeting schedules
- Support firm-wide events such as conferences, training, retreats, etc.
Requirements:
- Junior college degree or above
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
