- M&A, JV, SI, FI 투자처발굴 및 검토
- 신규사업 후보군 발굴 및 분석
- 사업타당성 및 밸류에이션 분석
- 투자심사 보고서 작성 및 투자사 관리
Requirements:
- 5년 이상의 경력 (경력 및 역량에 따라대리~부장+임원급 채용)
- 4년대졸 이상
- 다양한 산업에 대한 이해
- 외국계 제조사 근무 경력
- 영어 필수
- 투자 업계 네트워크
- 크로스보더딜 근무 경험 우대
- 영어, 일본어 가능 우대
- 공인회계사 우대
