[부동산/재무] Finance Controller

A global real estate services company is looking for a Finance Controller. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing financial reporting, accounting, treasury, tax compliance, internal controls and audit activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting processes
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations and key account analysis
• Manage key accounting activities including revenue recognition, accruals, AP/AR and journal entries
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits and liaise with external auditors
• Support key tax compliance matters including Corporate Income Tax and VAT, working with external tax advisors as required
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, Delegation of Authority (DOA) and corporate Finance policies
• Manage day-to-day banking and treasury activities, including bank accounts, cash management and payment controls
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity and coordinate funding requirements with Regional / Global Treasury
• Support loan and intercompany funding activities, including drawdowns, repayments, interest payments and related documentation
• Maintain relationships with banks and support banking facilities and related requirements
• Support Finance process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives
• Work closely with FP&A and business teams on financial analysis and management reporting
• Liaise with Finance teams on reporting and other Finance requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
• More than 8 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Financial Controllership, or Audit
• Solid hands-on experience in monthly and annual closing and financial reporting
• Good understanding of K-IFRS or US GAAP
• Experience with internal controls and audit processes
• Experience or good understanding of banking, cash management and treasury activities
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP or financial reporting systems
• Business level English

Preferred Requirements:

• AICPA or equivalent accounting qualification
• Big 4 or multinational company Finance experience
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation
• Exposure to US GAAP, SOX and internal control frameworks
• Experience with global Finance systems such as Workday, Hyperion or OneStream
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Professional Services
