[제조/재무] Controlling Team Leader

An international manufacturing company is looking for a Controlling Team Leader. The chosen candidate will oversee accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while providing business performance analysis and strategic financial support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting, budget planning, and forecasting

• Lead the annual budget planning process in coordination with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and HR & Admin
• Prepare forecasts and rolling forecasts based on updated business performance
• Analyse variances between actual results, budget, and forecast
• Perform monthly financial performance analysis and monitor key financial indicators
• Conduct sales and commercial margin analysis
• Lead the annual standard cost update and collaborate with relevant teams on cost changes and impacts
• Prepare and submit reports to management and headquarters
• Support group reporting requirements for headquarters
• Develop presentation materials explaining business performance and financial results
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis requested by management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform extensive ad hoc reporting and analysis using Excel and other financial systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• More than 15 years of experience in the controlling and accounting function
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting and cost structures
• Advanced level SAP, MS Office, and databases
• Strong knowledge of measuring industrial performance
• Strong knowledge of internal control and budget management
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret financial statements, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, contracts, and government regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in written and verbal English
