[제조/재무] Head of Controlling

A global construction technology company is looking for a Head of Controlling. The chosen applicant will drive financial performance, provide strategic insights, and partner with leadership to support business growth, process improvement, and effective decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the end-to-end MOKR Performance Management Cycle (FP&A), ensuring robust planning, forecasting, and performance tracking processes
• Steer business performance by delivering timely, insight-driven analysis to leadership and facilitating fact-based decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement of sales and marketing-related processes to strengthen frontline visibility and execution
• Monitor and challenge performance through key financial and operational KPIs, ensuring clear accountability and corrective actions
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to functional leaders, actively shaping decisions to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and resource allocation
• Challenge business assumptions with fact-based insights and provide forward-looking financial perspectives
• Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives (cost and working capital optimisation, margin improvement) with clear financial impact and measurable outcomes
• Expand influence across broader stakeholder groups, including local affiliates, regional, and global finance communities, strengthening Finance’s role in business steering and strategic execution
• Build organisational financial capability by delivering targeted training (Finance for Non-Finance, A&O, P&L), enabling better decision-making at all levels
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative team environment through regular feedback, coaching, and structured development discussions
• Develop team members through hands-on business exposure and stretch opportunities, strengthening both functional expertise and business acumen
• Lead continuous improvement of controlling processes through automation and simplification, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Lead preparation of business review materials for global leadership, ensuring clear, insightful, and impactful messaging
• Act as a communication bridge between global and local stakeholders, facilitating transparent and effective dialogue
• Increase visibility and influence by representing Finance in key leadership interactions and forums

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• More than 9 years of overall Finance experience
• More than 5 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling functions
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in AI initiatives, automation projects, or digital process improvement
• KICPA or AICPA qualification
