[리테일/재무] Senior Finance Analyst

A multinational beverage company is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst. The chosen candidate will be driving financial insight and control by supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

Provide financial support for operational decisions and strategic guidelines through profitability analysis at the product and customer level

• Analyse variances in channel and customer pricing and discounts, and explain key drivers
• Support annual and quarterly financial planning and forecasting processes by providing analysis and collaborating with Commercial and Marketing teams in building and presenting plans
• Participate in rolling forecasts and budget planning with a focus on pricing and trade spend
• Monitor monthly performance against targets and provide analysis of business results with clear communication of key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare meaningful and actionable reports and presentations related to actuals, budgets, and forecasts
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Marketing brand expense budget controlling
• Manage planning, data integrity, variance analysis, and reporting with a focus on brand expenses, COGs, and SG&A
• Partner proactively with BI resources to ensure accurate pricing and discount data
• Support improvements to internally used BI tools, especially KAMS and Newton
• Maintain master data integrity in planning and forecasting processes within SAP and KAMS for brands and customers
• Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and other finance-related activities
• Represent the Finance function in cross-functional projects
• Support the Finance Manager in daily finance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, or related field is preferred
• More than 5 years of FP&A experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Advanced level Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Strong commercial & finance acumen and background
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in the alcoholic beverage or FMCG industry
