[컨설팅/재무회계] Finance Manager
A multinational professional services company is searching for a Finance Manager. The chosen applicant will be overseeing financial management, statutory compliance, reporting, cash flow, internal controls, and finance transformation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Korean regulations including Value-Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax, withholding taxes, and other applicable laws
- Manage and review VAT and CIT filings and other statutory submissions in a timely manner
- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with Korean GAAP (K-GAAP/K-IFRS) and group reporting standards
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, and financial dashboards
- Ensure accuracy of the general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations and ensure accurate group reporting
- Prepare and monitor short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity
- Proactively identify potential funding gaps and coordinate funding requests with the central treasury team
- Provide timely and accurate cash reporting to regional and global stakeholders
- Monitor working capital, including receivables and payables, and highlight risks or improvement opportunities
- Act as a key finance stakeholder in D365 implementation projects
- Support system configuration, UAT, and process mapping
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function
- Collaborate with IT teams and external consultants to ensure smooth implementation and stabilisation
- Ensure adherence to internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Support audit readiness and risk mitigation initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardise financial processes
- Drive efficiency, scalability, and automation across finance operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Procurement, and Operations
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external consultants
- Align local finance practices with global policies and reporting standards
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365 is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Korean taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills with strong organisational ability
- Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
Preferred Requirements:
- CPA (Korea) preferred; MBA (Finance) or equivalent
