[리테일/재무] Finance Manager

A global luggage brand is looking for a Finance Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading financial operations, planning, reporting, and compliance to support business performance and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Review monthly business performance and variance analysis
• Oversee P&L and Balance Sheet reporting in close collaboration with the SSC accounting team
• Drive the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring high-quality reporting packages are delivered to the Group
• Co-lead the external audit with the SSC Management
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget and revised forecasts (R1, R2)
• Develop and consolidate department-level budgets and OPEX forecasts, providing analytical reviews of tax and balance sheet projections
• Manage and stabilise overall finance and business operations to enhance efficiency and strengthen operational excellence across the market
• Support the design and implementation of new operational procedures to improve retail and back-office productivity
• Partner closely with the GM and department heads to support business initiatives with data-driven financial insights
• Lead the ERICA assessment and ensure compliance with internal control procedures and local requirements
• Ensure compliance with local laws and tax regulations, consulting with legal and tax experts as needed
• Contribute to store network planning, including financial modelling and SOP preparation for CAPEX approval
• Provide ad hoc support for broader APAC regional finance and operations initiatives

Requirements:

• Proficient in EKER (Procurement), Syrus (Consolidation) and Power B
• Experience managing a small team
• Ability to navigate a matrix organisation (Reporting to GM + Dotted line to APAC FD)
• Fluent level English
