[리테일/재무] Finance Manager

A global luxury brand is seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate month-end closing, reporting, internal controls, budgeting support, and financial process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) for monthly and annual closing
• Check previous closing issues, accruals, and discuss special case treatments before closing
• Review initial P&L and B/S to identify errors and communicate before final HFM submission during closing
• Review submitted data by store and by month after closing, including margin/rent/SA commission/depreciation and other % variances
• Analyse company processes and accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
• Perform monthly B/S reconciliation and cash flow checking
• Maintain continuous communication on issues and special treatments
• Liaise with the HQ Controlling department for issue reporting and guidance
• Review and support tax return/tax audit, brand allocation cost, etc
• Support internal control policies and procedures setup
• Support communication and training for policy and procedure execution
• Perform retail controlling, financial store process check and review
• Support compliance-related follow-ups
• Perform basic data checks for the budget and forecast process
• Prepare initial data and coordinate communication with internal teams and FSSC
• Validate system submissions and coordinate data accuracy checks with FSSC and HQ
• Support project pre-control, including CAPEX, major expenditures, special payments, and EVA preparation
• Conduct cost-saving control through monthly spending checks and reporting
• Manage ad-hoc process implementation and improvements
• Utilise accounting ERP systems to support processes and maintain records

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a finance manager or other similar position
• Knowledge of IFRS & GAAP and financial processes (financial closure, reporting, etc.)
• Extensive working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI) and accounting ERP system (M3-Infor/ SAP)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent level written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance or a relevant field
