[제조/재무] Head of Finance (APAC)

A foreign technology company is searching for a Head of Finance (APAC). The selected candidate will oversee APAC financial planning, reporting, and analysis, partnering with leadership to drive performance, ensure strong controls, and support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with APAC leadership to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Analyse variances, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimise sales and service efficiency
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and reporting across APAC legal entities
• Implement strong internal controls, process harmonisation, digitalisation, and automation
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions
• Lead, coach, and develop regional finance teams, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture
• Act as a trusted partner in strategy discussions, linking financial goals to operational objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• More than 10 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or finance business partnering
• Proven expertise in sales, service, or revenue-focused finance roles
• Experience managing multi-country finance and accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory compliance, VAT, tax, and transfer pricing
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within APAC
• Fluent level English; additional regional languages a plus

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s or certifications (e.g., AICPA)
