[반도체/영업] Senior Sales Manager

A global semiconductor equipment company is searching for a Senior Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will drive global account growth and partnerships by leading sales initiatives, expanding product adoption, and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global account across all business topics, products, and services with clear execution metrics
  • Drive share growth across all company product segments
  • Introduce new products, technologies, and innovations to the customer
  • Identify customer needs, uncover new applications, and communicate future opportunities
  • Prepare presentation materials for internal and external use
  • Build a strategic opportunity pipeline, aligned with Sales/KAT/Process teams
  • Create JDP opportunities for new products and new application engagements
  • Achieve a minimum of one new application penetration per year
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Development teams to strengthen customer engagement
  • Develop deep and trusted customer relationships across the organisation
  • Build and lead a high-performing commercial organisation
  • Identify emerging regional growth opportunities and develop business strategies accordingly
  • Strengthen relationships with key customer functions and tier suppliers
  • Coordinate strategic efforts across internal multi-regional sales and technical support teams
  • Develop short- and long-term partnership programs with R&D centres, fab operations, and procurement to grow revenue

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering discipline is preferred
  • More than 15 years of semiconductor capital equipment experience with SEC accounts (Sales/Marketing/Purchasing)
  • Deep knowledge of FEOL deposition applications
  • Proven experience in large account management
  • Proven relationship-builder with C-level and senior leadership in major semiconductor accounts
  • Extensive professional network with semiconductor executives
  • Strong understanding of thin film deposition systems
  • Excellent communication skills across R&D, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, with strong technical understanding
  • Bilingual level Korean and English
