A Customer Service Manager role is now open at a global design firm. The selected candidate will be accountable for overseeing multiple customer service related activities and processes.
- Take care of dealer inquiries and daily support regarding products, pricing, delivery, etc.
- Lead order processing for Korea using SAP
- Assist clients with online partner portal
- Manage shipments from the headquarters, including shipping documents
- Oversee outstanding orders
- Handle quotations with SAP for the sales team and customers
- Handle claims, returns and replacements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in customer service in a B2C or B2B environment
- Background in selling physical products, including logistics from overseas to Korea
- Expertise in SAP is ideal
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Written and verbal English proficiency
