A nonprofit organisation is searching for a Korea Development Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of grant, donation, and partnership programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound grants and donations to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with guidelines for timely execution
  • Monitor program and donation progress and prepare regular status reports, proactively flagging areas requiring attention
  • Oversee and maintain the internal donor database and review donor priorities to identify funding opportunities
  • Analyse individual and corporate donor data to generate actionable insights and strategic reports
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and address challenges with effective, timely solutions
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and donors to support clear communication and collaboration
  • Support partnership initiatives by tracking outcomes and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to strengthen partnership and program strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational objectives and participate in Korea-related events and functions
  • Coordinate partner-related events, including meetings, workshops, and conferences

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in business management, communications, marketing, partnership, or a relevant field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Proficient in Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in non-profit organisations
