A Senior People Business Advisor role is now open in a foreign medical device company. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing people advisory support to leaders and employees to support business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and employees on people programs, policies and procedures, employment and labour laws, performance management, conflict resolution, change management, diversity, and organisational development and design
  • Maintain current and complete understanding of local laws, including case law and regulations, and ensure compliance with equal employment requirements to protect company interests
  • Act as a consultant and partner in the staffing process to ensure talent needs and diversity considerations are met
  • Collaborate with Strategic People Business Partners on people strategies that support culture, company direction, and business and employee growth
  • Partner with specialist groups to develop and implement effective programs and tools, provide feedback on utilisation, and represent client needs to specialist teams
  • Ensure performance assessments are calibrated with department and business results
  • Conduct low to medium complexity investigations
  • Build manager capability through training, development, and coaching
  • Participate in process improvement activities, including mapping, analysing, and documenting
  • Participate in medium complexity projects and lead low complexity projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3-10 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills, along with project management and program development skills

Preferred requirements:

  • Workday experience
  • HR Professional certification and PHR/SPHR/CPHR
