[의료기기/마케팅] IC Market Manager
A foreign medical device company is looking for an IC Market Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution for the continence care portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing strategy for the continence care portfolio in Korea by identifying patient needs, user insights, and key market dynamics
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, including multi-channel promotional activities across digital, offline, HCP, and patient engagement channels
- Drive product positioning and adoption through effective patient communication and campaign execution
- Collaborate with Sales, Consumer Care, Clinical Nurse teams, HCPs, patient organisations, and KOLs to implement programs and improve commercial effectiveness
- Localise and execute global strategies and marketing materials to maximise market impact and sales readiness
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to optimise performance and strategy
- Support product training and capability-building initiatives to strengthen internal expertise and sales execution
- Contribute to regulatory strategy and cross-functional projects that improve market access and standards of care
- Analyse market data, customer insights, and business performance to support strategic decision-making
- Drive marketing initiatives that support both short-term objectives and long-term portfolio growth
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs
- Support lifecycle management activities to maximise portfolio performance and market competitiveness
Requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
- More than 3 years in marketing roles
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, including multi-channel communication within healthcare environments
- Proficient in MS Office and strong presentation skills
- Strong understanding of patient pathways and ability to identify unmet patient needs and translate insights into effective marketing initiatives
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in marketing initiatives execution, with a track record of driving engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Good understanding of market access, competitive landscape, and ability to derive insights on competitor strategies, positioning, pricing, and market trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders
