THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
We will typically interview more than 10 candidates before narrowing these down into a shortlist of candidates. We submit a shortlist with full details of each applicant’s relevant experience, strengths, and – if any – weaknesses. Critically, we will also outline what each candidate is looking for from the position, preventing the potential for any mismatch of expectation.
During the recruitment process, we provide feedback to both the client and the candidate after each interview. Once the client decides to offer a candidate, we are fully engaged in the negotiations through guided expectations to both sides at the outset.
