First, contact us for a consultation or apply for a job opening.
Our consultants will review your information. (*Please note that we might not be able to find you a job opening depending on your desired conditions and career background.)
If we find a suitable opening, our expert consultants will contact you to set up a meeting. In the meeting, we will ask you to share your work history, abilities, aptitude, reasons for changing jobs and desired conditions so that we can consider your career plans together. You should be able to discover strengths and career opportunities that you did not know about.
Based on your experience, abilities, desired conditions and career plans, our consultants will recommend positions that can unlock your true potential. We will share detailed information about company culture, work environments and job descriptions as well as sharing private job openings that are not publicised on general job search websites or in job information leaflets.
After we confirm your decision to apply for the job openings, our career consultants will apply to the hiring companies on your behalf. When doing so, we will underscore your abilities, experience, skills, desired conditions, etc. In addition, we will offer you advice regarding job interviews so you can minimise pre-interview anxiety. Our consultants will negotiate preferences and conditions on your behalf, which tend to be difficult matters to discuss when applying directly on your own.
Once we’ve received a job offer, the consultant will contact you. The consultant will help schedule your first day and offer advice for a seamless resignation process based on your preferences.
After you successfully enter your new job, please feel free to contact us anytime for career advice.
