An international mutual insurance organisation is searching for a Global Services Representative. The successful candidate will be in charge of providing services to clients as well as handling relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement client service strategies
• Support the issuance of local policies with global colleagues and partners
• Share professional insights with potential customers
• Educate operations staff on insurance coverage and risk management issues
• Drive key risk improvement activities
• Enhance expertise in underwriting guidelines, policy forms, loss prevention practices, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in property loss prevention, claims, or underwriting is ideal
• Expertise in handling international service and distribution networks
• Background in external relationships or in the property insurance business is a plus
• MS Office competency
• Written and spoken English proficiency
