[자동차/재무회계] Finance Analyst (Contract)

A global car manufacturer is looking for a Finance Analyst. The chosen applicant will be in charge of supporting core finance operations, including closing, SAP/GL, reporting, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Review VCC statements, bank reconciliations, and customs duty reconciliations with GFD
• Review prepaid insurance accounts with GFD
• Review journal voucher postings, cash clearing activities, and sundry invoices with GFD
• Review new and demo vehicle disposal reports with GFD
• Set up SAP master data and user authorisations
• Submit special consumption tax reduction reports for SAP processing
• Reconcile SAP VCC vehicle invoices with CIF
• Review stock reports and vehicle and parts sales reconciliations with GFD
• Review dealer incentive processes with the sales team and GFD
• Review intercompany remittances and regular and irregular payments with GFD
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices, including intercompany and finance-related invoices
• Review accounts receivable status reports and follow up on AR reminders with GFD
• Support investment requests and fixed asset registrations
• Update and review dealer credit limits with GFD
• Prepare internal and external audit materials and support physical stock-taking activities with auditors
• Support cash forecasting, VAT reporting, budgeting, forecasting, actual variance analysis, and monthly dealer financial data reporting

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in accounting and finance (incl. Tax)
• Proficient in English and Korean

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Experience in SAP
