[NGO/재무회계] Senior Finance Manager

A nonprofit organisation is looking for a Senior Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, operations, reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial plans and budgets aligned with organisational goals
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
  • Manage cash flow to maintain liquidity and assess financial risks to implement mitigation strategies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for audits and financial inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and finance standards
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisions
  • Manage responsibilities related to Board reports and preparations
  • Provide reports and oversee tasks related to Seoul City, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the National Tax Service
  • Manage accounting documents related to donation receipts, expense approvals, and expenditure documents
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate and improve financial systems and tools for efficiency and accuracy
  • Implement internal controls and risk management procedures
  • Support digital transformation of financial workflows
  • Develop and document financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Korean

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in non-profit organisations
