[리테일/회계] Accountant – AR (Contract)

An Accountant – AR role is now open in a foreign consumer goods company. The qualified candidate will record sales transactions, manage accounts receivable, and support financial reporting and audit requirements to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily, weekly, and monthly sales transactions across channels
• Ensure revenue is recognised accurately in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Manage sales cut-off and reconcile AR accounts
• Support credit management, including credit limit monitoring and customer risk assessment
• Issue customer invoices accurately and on time based on sales orders, delivery notes, or contracts
• Monitor outstanding receivables and maintain an up-to-date AR aging report
• Assist in preparing the balance sheet review report
• Reconcile BS accounts between the general ledgers and supporting details
• Support the financial controller and accounting manager on ad hoc reports and analyses
• Participate in a variety of special projects and process improvement activities
• Support the Accounting Manager in preparing documents and analyses required for external audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business with an emphasis in accounting
• 7-10 years of work experience in the accounting & finance field (consumer or retail industry is preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Effective communicator with strong analytical skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with Douzon & D365
• Proficient in English
