[리테일/재무회계] Assistant Accountant

An Assistant Accountant role is now open in a foreign luxury fashion brand. The selected applicant will support daily accounting operations and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Process all journal entries, including AR, AP, and Treasury
• Complete all month-end tasks, including adjustments, reclassifications, accruals, and manual journal entry bookings
• Maintain fixed asset registers and prepayments
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure outstanding balances are properly maintained
• Monitor and ensure financial data is accurately recorded in the financial accounting system
• Review supporting documents for AP and employee expenses prior to processing
• Manage employee claims
• Prepare quarterly VAT filings
• Complete SOX requirements and handle ad-hoc assignments as required
• Manage and prepare monthly HR, IT, and Finance vendor expenses
• Support employee benefit management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance
• 2-5 years of experience in financial accounting
• Hands-on experience with problem-solving skills to complete tasks within pre-set timeframes
• Ability to identify the issues and demonstrate proactive attitudes for improvements
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in the retail sector
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, and Cegid
