[제조/재무] Controlling Team Leader

A Controlling Team Leader role is now open in an international manufacturing company. The selected applicant will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while providing financial insights and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall accounting operations, including financial reporting and budget planning & forecasting
• Lead the annual budget planning process in coordination with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and HR & Admin teams
• Manage forecasts and rolling forecasts based on updated business performance
• Analyse variances between actual results, budget, and forecast
• Perform monthly financial performance analysis and monitor key financial indicators
• Conduct sales and commercial margin analysis
• Lead yearly standard cost updates and collaborate with relevant teams on cost changes and impacts
• Prepare and deliver reports to management and headquarters
• Support group reporting requirements to headquarters
• Develop presentation materials explaining business performance and financial results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• More than 15 years of experience in controlling and accounting functions
• Advanced level SAP, MS Office, and databases
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting and cost structures
• Strong knowledge of measuring industrial performance
• Strong knowledge of internal control and budget management
• Proficient in written and verbal English
