[리테일/재무] Finance & Sales Controller

A foreign consumer goods company is searching for a Finance & Sales Controller. The selected applicant will be in charge of supporting financial controlling, sales reporting, and system management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support overall finance controlling activities in close collaboration with HQ Finance
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across online channels, department stores, and own retail shops
• Prepare regular sales and financial reports for HQ and ensure timely submission
• Manage cash-flow tracking and support monthly closing activities
• Check and verify order information for webshops and retail channels
• Book invoices and reconcile them with financial statements received from the trustee
• Manage inventory-related system transactions, including write-offs and inventory difference adjustments when required
• Ensure data consistency between ERP, online platforms, POS systems, and trustee financial statements
• Reconcile monthly sales for online platforms, department stores, and own retail stores
• Review and validate monthly invoices from various online platforms and retail partners
• Manage tax invoice issuance and documentation in collaboration with the trustee
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and invoice records for audit and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with the Korean trustee to prepare and validate monthly financial statements
• Liaise with internal retail and e-commerce teams to clarify sales-related data and operational details

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems (experience in system-based booking, reconciliation, and data verification is preferred)
• Good knowledge of online and offline retail business operations in Korea
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage financial data accurately
• Business level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Accounting or finance background, or experience working with financial statements and reconciliation processes
• Experience working with Comarch or other ERP systems
• Experience working with trustees or external accounting service providers
• Intermediate level MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic analytics)
