[리테일/재무] Finance Controlling Specialist

An international fashion company is looking for a Finance Controlling Specialist. The selected applicant will be responsible for supporting financial controlling and decision-making through accurate closing, planning, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post recurring journal entries, including accruals, cost allocations, and stock devaluation
• Manage monthly closing activities covering COGS, stock reconciliation, and FX revaluation
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of GL reconciliations and monthly closing packages
• Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes
• Analyse variances between actuals and plan, and provide insights on key performance drivers
• Assist in cash flow projections, operating expense analysis, and profitability reviews
• Develop and improve reporting templates to enhance visibility of financial performance
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to link accounting insights with operational objectives
• Prepare management reports on sales, cost structure, and profitability trends
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in financial systems and reporting tools
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline recurring accounting and reporting processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards, including IFRS or local GAAP

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (GL or FP&A experience
  preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial
  modelling)
• Solid understanding of financial statements, accrual accounting, and monthly closing
  procedures

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, or business analysis
• Keen interest in connecting accounting operations with strategic financial management
• Fluent level written and verbal English
