[제조/재무] Controlling Head

A multinational manufacturing company is looking for a Controlling Head. The selected candidate will be in charge of leading the Controlling Korea team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial planning and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, align, and implement the company group's finance controlling policies within the subregion of Korea
• Oversee and manage finance-related projects including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation
• Facilitate strong finance business partnering with country leadership
• Ensure a robust financial control environment is established across all areas of the business
• Work closely with the Finance Shared Services Centre in Malaysia to ensure optimal execution of shared service transactional activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience in finance, encompassing strategic financial management, data analysis, and financial performance reporting
• More than 3 years in a managerial role, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects across subregional, regional, and global levels
• Familiarity with international finance standards, and ability to implement global financial policies at the local level
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams across multiple operational sites
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Korean
