[제조/사업기획] Business Controller

An international equipment manufacturer is searching for a Business Controller. The chosen applicant will be responsible for overseeing business partnerships on financial, budgeting, and analytical matters. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all IQR SBU budgeting and forecasting activities
• Organise quarterly calls with HQ for financial KPIs
• Create financial reports to summarise trends
• Develop KPI dashboards with metrics and improvement areas.
• Review and approve expense execution, price, and discount on orders
• Take part in external and international audit on controlling function

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or relevant
• More than 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related domain
• More than 3 years of experience in an FP&A position
• More than 3 years of experience in team management is advantageous
• Practical experience in an equipment company is a plus
• Prior system experience in SAP or other data visualisation tools (think-cell)
