[제조/재무] Master Plan Director

A foreign sporting goods manufacturer is looking for a Master Plan Director. The selected applicant will be in charge of providing financial insights and advice to guide decision-making and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Establish financial goals, forecasts, and performance targets
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to optimise financial performance
• Lead MP teams to perform their responsibilities effectively
• Set long-term capacity & capability strategy aligned with the company growth plan
• Execute cost planning to manage operation targets with KPI
• Continuously improve cost competitiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economy, computer science, or other related specialisations
• More than 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, and cost control roles
• 4-6 years of experience as the head of the department or teams
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and providing financial leadership to management
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry
• In-depth knowledge to demonstrate understanding of how organisations exceed profitability targets and best practices applicable to the manufacturing industry
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills such as capacity analysis and planning; KPI setting, tracking and assessment; costing analysis and setting; budget setting and deployment
• Knowledge of Operation System (OS) with MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid MSc/MA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant qualification is a plus
• Proficient in English; Indonesian is a plus
