[에너지/재무] Corporate Finance Analyst

A Corporate Finance Analyst position is open at a global electric power generation provider. The qualified applicant will be creating cash flow-based financial models for various initiatives. This position is based in Yongsan-gu.

Responsibilities:

• Create tax, accounting, and debt scheduled into comprehensive asset models
• Assess and interpret outcomes and conduct sensitivities to aid the evaluation of investment options
• Comprehend and assess target financial statements
• Assist origination initiatives with the key team
• Support the implementation of transactions, acquisitions, project finance, and divestitures
• Offer investment assessment and suggestions in cooperation with the key team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, law, economics, finance banking, or industrial engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate transactions at a project developer, investment bank, M&A advisory, or audit company
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Understanding of the renewable energy industry is ideal
• Fluent level verbal and written English and Korean
