[IT/모바일/재무회계] FP&A Senior Director

A local innovative entertainment platform is looking for an FP&A Senior Director to join their team in Seoul. The candidate chosen for this position will be tasked to supervise all financial related planning and analysis for the company

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and report financial plans with other functional teams
• Provide decision-making support to the executive team
• Supervise the organisation’s planning processes
• Conduct periodic business forecast assessments and annual planning sessions
• Develop a strong FP&A department to reach team goals
• Ensure efficient allocation of team resources in line with company needs

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of IT, consumer foods, or retail FP&A experience
• Experience in developing and presenting financial plans to senior leaders
• Excellent financial modelling skills
• Ability to attain departmental goals and develop team members
• Possess SQL skills is preferred
• Fluent level Korean or English
