An international luxury goods company is searching for an FP&A Controlling Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing SOPs, financial processes, and best practices to drive brand initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues
• Assist regional and HQ teams with financial analysis
• Prepare financial data to facilitate decision-making and capital investment analysis
• Keep track of KPIs and share with brand management
• Define and address cost reduction and profit improvement opportunities
• Support ad-hoc FP&A as well as finance projects

Requirements:

• Work experience in a financial position responsible for FP&A, accounting, and general finance
• Proven success in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, management, reporting, and forecasting
• Background in management is ideal
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent level written and verbal English
