[제조/재무] Finance Manager

An international packaging solutions company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic finance initiatives while supporting business decision-making and managing finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Direct financial operations including monthly close, rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and financial reporting
• Analyse balance sheet accounts and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Partner with business leaders to develop financial strategies and support execution of business plans
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making including capital investments
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making and strengthen financial capability
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in finance and accounting operations
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP and US GAAP and liaise with regulatory authorities to meet statutory requirements
• Review and strengthen internal control systems and procedures in line with organisational standards
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure follow-up on audit findings and action plans
• Manage treasury and tax functions to support financial stability and regulatory compliance
• Lead, develop, and mentor finance team members to enhance team performance and capability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and Accounting
• More than 10 years of financial management experience in a multinational company
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and strategic financial planning
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial management tools
• Strong analytical ability in evaluating accounting practices, internal controls, and financial reports
• Possess a valid accountant qualification
• Fluent level English
