[제조/재무] Finance Manager

A multinational industrial solutions manufacturer is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting while supporting strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage general accounting and financial operations, including monthly and annual closing, cash flow review, and VAT filing
• Oversee statutory audits and corporate income tax adjustments
• Prepare financial reports for Asia and US head offices
• Manage product costing and aged inventory in coordination with the logistics team
• Review the balance sheet and profit and loss reconciliations and take corrective actions on discrepancies
• Support financial forecasting, operating budgets, and long-range planning with the Finance Director
• Prepare financial analysis on expenses, cost of sales, cash flow forecasting, and working capital
• Analyse trends in revenue, expenses, and capital expenditure and support budget compilation
• Coordinate financial review templates, meetings, and other assigned finance duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Prior experience in financial closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit support
• ERP (JDE) experience
• Skilled in Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English
